Quality Hearts and Hands Healthcare LLC provides DBHDS-licensed developmental disability residential group home services for adults in Northern Virginia.

QHAH was created to provide adults with developmental disabilities with a smaller, more individualized residential setting where they can receive the support they need while maintaining choice, dignity, independence, and connection to the community.

Who We Are

We intentionally operate small, community-based homes so our team can get to know each resident well, understand their routines and preferences, and provide individualized support without making the home feel institutional.

We serve adults aged 18 and older with developmental disabilities, including individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and other qualifying developmental disabilities.

Placement is reviewed individually based on the person’s support needs, health and safety considerations, supervision needs, compatibility with the residential setting, staffing needs, and available resources.

Quality Hearts and Hands Healthcare LLC is licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).
